This cohort exists to establish shared orientation, language, and behavioral standards for a small group operating under a high-trust, high-responsibility container.

Core Protocols

Confidentiality: Do not share internal materials outside the cohort.
Integrity: No manipulation, coercion, or status games inside the container.
Signal over noise: Favor clarity, precision, and direct communication.
Consent & boundaries: Respect “no,” respect time, respect scope.
